Delivery and returns
Where we deliver, what postage costs, from what amount it is free, and what to do if the parcel arrives damaged.

Where we deliver
Orders placed on this site are delivered within Tunisia, across the twenty-four governorates. The governorate is chosen from a list when you order: it is what determines the charge.
Elsewhere, our books are in bookshops. The Find us page lists the shops that stock them, in Tunisia and in Switzerland, with their addresses.
Delivery charges
We charge by zone rather than by the kilometre, as Tunisian carriers do. The amounts below are the ones the site applies today; they appear in the summary as soon as you choose your governorate, before any payment.

Delivery is free on orders of 80,000 TND and over, delivery charges themselves left out of that calculation.
Delivery times
We prepare orders from Monday to Friday. An order confirmed on a Friday evening therefore leaves on the Monday.

You can follow the progress of your order from the site, using the number you received by email. When the parcel leaves, we add the carrier’s tracking reference to it if we have one.
On receipt
Open the parcel in front of the courier if the packaging is damaged. A book that is creased, wet or torn is taken back and replaced at our expense: send us a photograph of the parcel and of the book, with the order number.
If you receive a title or an edition that does not match your order, it is the same: we take it back and send the right copy, at no cost to you.
Returns and refunds

Refunds are made through the method used for payment. For an order paid on delivery, the refund is made by bank transfer, to the details you give us.
