Two technical providers act alongside the host: Brevo, a French company, which delivers the emails sent by the site, and Stripe, which handles card payments settled in Swiss francs. Payments in dinars go through ClicToPay. None of these providers receives any data beyond what its task requires; the details are set out in the Privacy page.

The texts, illustrations, covers, book extracts and reading guide published on this site are protected. They belong to the publishing house or to the authors and illustrators it works with.
You may read them, share them with a link and quote them as long as you name the source. Any other use, in particular reproducing an illustration or an extract in another medium, printed or online, requires written permission. Write to us, we answer.
Reporting an error or a piece of content
Does a piece of information look wrong, has a bookshop address changed, is there a typo left in a text? Write to contact@dismamandispapa.com, or use the contact form on the site. We correct what needs correcting, and we reply in every case.
Does something published here appear to infringe a right, a person or a child? Write to signalement@dismamandispapa.com. That address serves nothing else, it is read separately from ordinary mail, and a report always gets an answer, including when we decide to take nothing down.
